Both Wei Wuxian & Lan Wangji doll arrived very well packaged ! it came with some freebies which was nice too though some were from a fandom I didn't recognize! All the clothes were included and their mini ID cards . Dolls were very good quality and are super cute!!
This is not a product review comment but just wanted to give additional feedback. I think communication from customer service could improve. My packaged was returned to the warehouse to be repackaged due to sizing but I was not made aware of this change which made me think I wouldn't be receiving my package. I had to reach out to customer service to find out and it took a few days for them to get back to me
Overall, this store is reliable to buy from and I will prob be buying more in the future!
