I recently received my package of the standee, postcard set, and board. Everything was shipped fairly quickly and the packaging was secure even though the outer box had some dents on it however, nothing was damaged in the process. The standee in particular is very cute.

These things are so cute. Sadly one arrived with the head broken off, but nothing a little superglue didn't fix. Highly recommend.

The bag is pretty sturdy and has held up for multiple cons with no wear and tear. He’s currently holding an iPad, metal water bottle and miscellaneous purchases I made with some room to spare. My only gripe is that it’s kinda hard to put buttons in the it’s section of the bag

Everything came as expected and the packaging was very secure so there were no damages. The foiling of the box is stunning and the character map inside the first cover sleeve is helpful! The sprayed edges are beautifully printed on as well.

The plushies are beautiful and totally worth it; they're identical to the photos. My babies love them! They arrived well-packaged and in good condition. I highly recommend them!

the packaging was very secure and the internal box arrived undamaged, even wrapped in tissue paper under the bubble wrap. the box itself has pop out things like the sun charm, the topaz, and the lotm symbol, along with lore.

Klein is very cute, very cute indeed. the quality of the plastic isn't cheap feeling, and the paint job didn't have any noticeable imperfections like some of the gacha merch series. I'm very pleased.

I did manage it, but the stand requires you to spread his legs apart a bit to fit and I felt bad about putting Klein under stress. also I like to be able to hold him without the base being in the way and it seemed it would be a little hard to separate them if you inserted him fully. therefore I just balanced him on the lotm symbol I popped out of the box. isn't he so cute 🥰🥰🥰

arrived after about a month !! he's the size of my hand and is SO adorable ! i plan to get taisha next ^_^ 💗

Came from China to Australia in a good amount of time! Was during Christmas and new year holidays so very surprised at how fast they were shipped. I ordered all six because I really wanted green Xie Lian and Blue Hua Cheng but I didn’t wanna play the blind bag game. They all arrived in a box that was slightly damaged (just a bit banged up on the corner). But the acrylic charms all came undamaged with each bag opened so it was known that each keychain was checked and that there was one of each! Oh also me being the silly goose I am, I ordered another charm separately and forgot to give the instructions to put them in the same package. But the team at funime city did it for me :D Thankyou guys!!

I absolutely recommend buying these usually in blind boxes there's always one I don't really want but I love all of the options! The quality is incredible and they are all quite heavy which is good! ❤ (As a side note ignore the dust I've been too busy to clean my collections recently 😭)

I ordered just the messenger bag and I'm really pleased with it! It fits my phone nicely and has plenty of room for other small trinkets which is what I love ❤ The only thing that slightly disappointed me was that it had red ribbon instead of the cream coloured one that was shown on the side, but since its small it's not a huge bother!
