Preorder Rules

We want to take a moment to provide clarity on the nature of many of the unique and exclusive items we offer. A significant portion of our catalog consists of **preorder items**, which is a common practice in this industry due to the limited demand for these specialty products.

Preorder Products: For items available for preorder, we make every effort to provide estimated arrival dates, which can be found under the Release Date tab. In cases where an accurate date is unavailable, we will indicate the item as "preorder." Once these items are in stock, we will promptly dispatch your parcel.

In-Stock Items: Our in-stock items are typically ready for immediate shipment. However, there may be occasional delays or out-of-stock. If you require expedited shipping, we recommend reaching out to us beforehand.

Please Note:

  • Estimated dates are subject to potential delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • You have the option to order both preorder and in-stock items simultaneously. However, they will be shipped together once the preorder items are released. If you have purchased multiple products, we may split the shipment to ensure you receive the in-stock items promptly.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order. You can also view the estimated shipping cost on the cart page.
  • We are pleased to offer free shipping to numerous countries for the majority of our items. However, it is important to note that certain larger and heavier items, such as figures and books, may not be eligible for our free shipping policy. If you encounter any issues during the ordering process where you cannot find a suitable shipping method, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We are dedicated to providing exceptional service and would be delighted to arrange additional shipping options tailored to your specific needs.

Terms of Delivery

  • Our warehouse is located in China, it may take 3-15 days to process your order. Shipping methods to different countries may vary. Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 10 - 30 days. If you want to point a certain shipping method, please contact us to make sure.
  • Delivery Expectations:
We are wholeheartedly committed to bringing these special items to our fans as swiftly as we can. However, it’s important to note that we cannot always meet expectations for rapid delivery or immediate response times due to the unique nature of these products.

The **estimated delivery dates** provided are for reference only and can be subject to change due to various factors beyond our control, such as production delays or shipping carrier performance. We encourage you to consider this when placing an order, especially if you need items by a specific date.

      Duties &Taxes

      • Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and Funimecity encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
      • For EU countries, due to taxed policy and shipping policy, we will charge taxes for most products when you checkout and pay tax when shipping the items, you don't need to pay extra tax at the custom.
      • If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Funimecity at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

      Refund & Return Policy

      We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

      Eligibility for Refunds

      • You can get a full refund for any reason before your items are shipped. (Only applied with goods which are in stock)
      • After your order is fulfilled, you cannot get a refund for no reason, you may get a full/partial refund for some reason. (Defective, damaged, wrong items etc.)
      • Preorder deposit only can get a refund within 3 days after purchase.

      We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


      Currently, we don't have a warehouse abroad so returning your items are not acceptable. But we could give you a partial refund or full refund depending on your situation.

      Damages and issues

      Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
