30-Day Refund Policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Before Shipping: You can receive a full refund for any reason before your items are shipped. This applies to most products, whether in-stock or preorder.
  • After Fulfillment: Once your order has been fulfilled, refunds are only available for specific reasons, such as defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • Preorder Deposits for Large Figures: Preorder deposits for large figures can be refunded within 30 days after purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Returns

Currently, we do not have a warehouse abroad, so returning items is not acceptable. However, we can provide a partial or full refund depending on your situation.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
