Shipping Policy for Returned Parcels

  1. Temporary Return to Post Station: If your parcel is temporarily held at the post station due to an incorrect address or if the recipient is not home, you can directly contact your local carrier to arrange a second delivery. We recommend contacting them within one week to prevent the parcel from being returned to the sender.

  2. Parcel Returned to Sender: If you do not contact the carrier and the parcel is returned to the sender after 5-10 days, it will not be eligible for a second delivery attempt. In such cases, we can arrange a re-shipment from our China warehouse. Please note that additional shipping costs may apply. Depending on the situation, these costs might be covered by you or us.

  3. Reasons for Failed Delivery:

    • Seller Covers Re-Delivery:
      • Carrier issues.
      • Natural disasters or severe weather conditions.
      • Customs clearance delays (seller responsibility).
      • Delivery restrictions not previously known to the seller.
    • Buyer Covers Re-Delivery:
      • Incorrect address provided.
      • Recipient not home during delivery attempts.
      • Insufficient address information provided.
      • Recipient refusal of the parcel.
      • Customs clearance delays (buyer responsibility).
      • Delivery to a business or location closed during holidays/non-business hours.
      • Failure to contact the carrier for re-delivery within the advised timeframe.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy allows for a 30-day window from the date of receiving your item to request a refund.

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Before your items are shipped, you are eligible for a full refund for any reason. (Applies only to goods that are currently in stock)
  • Once your order has been fulfilled, refunds for no specific reason are not available. However, you may qualify for a full or partial refund in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • For preorder deposits, refunds can only be issued within 30 days of purchase.

Refund Process: Once we receive your refund request, we will promptly notify you and inform you of the approval status. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Returns: Currently, we do not have overseas warehouses, which means returning items is not feasible. However, depending on your specific situation, we may be able to offer a partial or full refund.

Damages and Issues: We kindly ask you to carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and take appropriate measures to resolve it and ensure your satisfaction.
