Refund policy
1. Refund & Return Window

General Policy (International): You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your item.

EU Customers: Under EU law, consumers have the right to withdraw from online purchases within 14 calendar days of delivery, without giving a reason. This legal right overrides any other store policy.
2. Definition of “Receiving”
Delivery or “receiving” is considered complete when:

The parcel is marked delivered by the carrier/postal service; or
-
The buyer, or someone at the provided address, accepts the parcel.
If the parcel is held at a post station or returned to sender because it was not collected, it is still considered delivered once the carrier shows a delivery attempt.
3. Eligibility for Refunds

Before Shipment (in-stock items): Full refund if not yet shipped.

Pre-order (full payment): Refundable before shipment for any reason. Once shipped, refunds only if defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Pre-order with Deposit (large-scale figures/collectibles):

Deposits refundable within 30 days of purchase if cancellation occurs before preorder deadline or production confirmation.

After production confirmation, deposits become non-refundable.

After Shipment: Refunds only available if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
4. Refund Process & Timeline

Contact us first to initiate a refund/return request.

Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
5. Return Process

Please contact us before sending any item back to receive a Return Authorization (RMA) and the correct return address. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

EU Returns (14-day withdrawal): Items must be returned to our EU return address in Finland. Refunds issued within 14 days after goods are received and inspected.

Non-EU or beyond 14 days: Returns are generally sent to our China facility. Because cross-border returns can be costly, we may alternatively offer partial refund, full refund without return, or replacement case-by-case.
6. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items → seller covers reasonable return costs.

If the return is due to buyer reasons (change of mind, refusal, incorrect address, failure to pick up) → buyer covers return shipping costs.
7. Shipping Policy for Returned Parcels

Temporary Hold at Post Station: If your parcel is held due to incorrect address or missed delivery, please contact the carrier within one week to arrange redelivery.

Returned to Sender: If the parcel is returned after the carrier’s hold period (typically 5–10 days), it cannot be automatically re-delivered. We can re-ship from our China warehouse, but additional shipping costs may apply.
Responsibility for Redelivery Costs

Seller Covers: Carrier errors, natural disasters, customs delays under seller responsibility, unforeseen restrictions.

Buyer Covers: Incorrect/incomplete address, recipient unavailable, refusal of parcel, customs/taxes unpaid by buyer, closed business during delivery, failure to contact carrier for redelivery.
8. Pre-order & Delays

Pre-order timelines are estimates and may change due to manufacturer or supply chain delays.

Customers will be notified via email if significant delays occur.
9. Priority of Rights

EU 14-day withdrawal rights take precedence over any general store rules.

For all other regions, our 30-day policy applies unless otherwise stated.
