•  Our warehouse is located in China, it may take 3-10 days to process your order. Shipping methods to different countries may vary. Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 10 - 30 days. If you want to point a certain shipping method, please contact us to make sure.

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

Eligibility for Refunds

• You can get a full refund for any reason before your items are shipped. (Only applied with goods which are in stock)
• After your order is fulfilled, you cannot get a refund for no reason, you may get a full/partial refund for some reason. (Defective, damaged, wrong items etc.)
• Preorder deposit only can get a refund within 3 days after purchase. After 3 days, the refunded amount can be issued as a gift card.
