These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
Our warehouse is located in Dongguan, China. We offer free shipping service to most countries and Asian countries. Russia; United States; Canada; Austria; New Zealand, also some Latin American countries if you meet our conditions.

Asian countries($50 and up): Cambodia, Hong Kong SAR, Indonesia, Japan, Macao SAR, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam.
EU countries & Russia & Austria & New Zealand($80 and up):

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
2. Shipping Costs and Payment Issues
- Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order.
- You can also check the estimated shipping cost on the cart page.
- Payment for shipping will be collected when you check out if you pay with a PayPal account.
- Due to the checkout system, if you pay with a credit card or a debit card directly without a PayPal account on the cart page, the shipping cost will not be applied when you make the payment. If you don't meet our free shipping requirement, you need to pay an extra shipping fee. You can check the estimated shipping cost on the cart page. Please add the same amount of "Extra shipping fee" to your cart when you pay by credit or debit card.
- Also, if you pay with a credit card or a debit card directly without a PayPal account, your order will not show on your account instead of sending directly to our PayPal business account. We will create the order in our store manually. You will get information by email so that you can check the order you made.
3. Refunds & Returns
3.1 Refund Due To Change Of Mind
We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
Eligibility for Refunds
You can get a full refund for any reason before your items are shipped. (Only applied with goods which are in stock)
After your order is fulfilled, you cannot get a refund for no reason, you may get a full/partial refund for some reason. (Defective, damaged, wrong items etc.)
Preorder deposit only can get a refund within 3 days after purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Currently, we don't have a warehouse abroad so returning your items are not acceptable. But we could give you a partial refund or full refund depending on your situation.
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Transit of methods and time
Our warehouse is located in China, it may take 3-7 days to process your order. Shipping methods to different countries may vary. Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 10 - 30 days. If you want to point a certain shipping method, please contact us to make sure.
4.2 Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
4.3 Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.
4.4 Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
5. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
6. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
7. Duties & Taxes

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes
- Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and Funimecity encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
- For EU countries, due to taxed policy and shipping policy, we will charge taxes when you checkout and pay tax when shipping the items, you don't need to pay extra tax at the custom.
- If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Funimecity at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
9.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
